This guide will walk you through the process of integrating your iCIMS account with Clinch Talent.

How it works

Integrating iCIMS with Clinch Talent is easy. 

You can start by navigating to the integrations page (Settings > Integrations, as below) and clicking on the green "+" icon to add the new integration. 

Click on the iCIMS logo.

Fill out the form as seen below. 

N.B. Your iCIMS account manager or support contact can give you the following pieces of information:

  • Customer/Client Id (Allows Clinch to import jobs AND candidate status from the ATS)
  • Portal Id
  • Username
  • Password

The following will be determined during onboarding with 'Custom field mappings' dependent on your company's own unique requirements: 

  • Success States: 
  • Failure States: 
  • Custom field mappings: 

Sync Application Resumés: Check this box if you would like to import candidates' resumés for inclusion in their Clinch candidate record. Note that once in Clinch, resumé files are searchable. 

How often do you want the ATS to sync? Make your selection from the dropdown.


That's it! Your iCIMS integration is now complete.

N.B. With your iCIMS ATS integration in place, your jobs will now be live and searchable on your Clinch Talent careers site. Utilizing our templating feature, a branded job page will be automatically generated for each individual job. These pages will automatically update to reflect any changes made to the job description content in the ATS.
