This guide will walk you through the process of integrating your Workday account with Clinch Talent.
How it works
Integrating Workday with Clinch Talent is easy.
You can start by navigating to the integrations page (Settings > Integrations, as below) and clicking on the green "+" icon to add the new integration.
Click on the Workday logo.
Fill out the form as seen below:
N.B. Your Workday account manager or support contact can give you the following pieces of information:
- Get Jobs URL
- Jobs Report Username
- Jobs Report Password
- Get Candidates URL
- Candidates Report Username
- Candidates Report Password
Please be aware that regarding 'Jobs Report' and 'Candidates Report' credentials, these are two independent reports that are read. In many cases the credentials are the same, but not always, so the details must be entered individually.
Success States and Custom Field Mappings
To assist Clinch Talent in tracking successful and unsuccessful candidates, and feed our machine learning systems, you should list out (comma separated) workflow states that you consider:
- Hired States
- Success States
What you consider successful again, depends on your own unique company workflow and practices. Contact email@example.com if you require any advice or clarifications.
'Custom Field Mappings' will be determined during onboarding, dependent on your company's own unique requirements.
'How often do you want the ATS to sync?' Make your selection from the dropdown. Please note that 15 minutes is the recommended time for an ATS sync.
'Import Unknown Candidates?' Check the box if you wish Clinch to import candidates it encounters for the first time in the ATS, i.e. those who do not exist in the Clinch CRM.
That's it! Your Workday integration is now complete.
N.B. With your Workday ATS integration in place, your jobs will now be live and searchable on your Clinch Talent careers site. Utilizing our templating feature, a branded job page will be automatically generated for each individual job. These pages will automatically update to reflect any changes made to the job description content in the ATS.
