How to control data intensity on the Clinch Talent candidate grid screen

There is a wealth of data available in Clinch. The candidate grid makes it easy for you to determine both the quantity and type of data that’s visible to you at once.

How to edit your grid view

In the left or top menu, click on Candidates. You’ll arrive at a screen similar to the one shown below. 

By default the following columns should appear:

  • Name
  • Contact
  • Resumes
  • Employer
  • Job Title
  • Industry
  • Recent Location
  • Active During
  • Interaction
  • Visit Count
  • Jobs Applied
  • Active During

At the far right, you will see a ‘Columns’ tab. Click on this for a full list of all the different column types available to you and check/uncheck the box next to those you wish to include in the grid view.
