Filtering

When filtering candidates you can:
  • Filter text fields e.g type a partial name or email address into the filter box at the top of the appropriate column. Adjust your filter by choosing from a range of operators such as "Equals", "Not equal", "Contains", "Not contains"
  • Choose yes / no values e.g. filter all candidates who are location in the European Union
  • Choose from a list of values e.g. candidates tagged with "Spring recruitment event". You can choose multiple values from these lists which has the effect of a boolean "or".
  • Filter by location. Enter a location in the location filter box. A proximity search will be performed based on the proximity value in your company settings. Note: The more specific your location, the more accurate the search.
  • Filter numerically e.g. enter the number 3 into the visit_count column. Choose from a range of operators such as "Equals", "Greater than or equal to", "Less than or equal to"

Important: If the column you are interested in is not visible in the grid, click the "Columns" tab on the right and check the box on the columns you would like to see.
