Follow Finding Your Way Around Analytics in Clinch Talent: Device and Location Breakdown
Knowing what type(s) of device your audience is using to view your recruiting content is important as this will inform the layout and optimization of your content going forward.
The Device Breakdown report presents clearly, in both chart and table form, information on the number of candidates viewing your content on mobile and desktop, as well as which operating system(s) they're using.
Accessing your device breakdown report
In the top or left menu, go to Reports > Web Campaigns and click into the relevant campaign. Then, click on the Device Breakdown tab.
You'll see a pie chart that illustrates clearly the percentage breakdown of views your campaign content has registered on mobile and desktop for the date range laid out in the top right corner of the screen.
To change the date range, click into that field and make your choices from the information that appears.
Further down the Device Breakdown page, you will see the particular operating systems and web browsers that were used to view your content, as well as how many people interacted with each.
Click on People to view this information in the form of a bar graph.
On any screen, click on the Action Button to export the graphical data as a CSV file.

In addition to knowing on what device(s) and browsers your campaign content is being viewed, it can also be useful to see where, geographically, your visitors are coming from.
This is good information to have, for example, if yours is a campaign that targets a particular city, or region. Perhaps your organization is recruiting for its office in New York City, or a branch in Sydney. Using the Location Breakdown report, you'll see quickly and clearly, whether your campaign is reaching and attracting visitors in the right areas.
Accessing your location breakdown report
